Product Introduction
Limeijia Resin Wash Stone Coating is an innovative decorative coating material made primarily from natural stone aggregates and environmentally friendly high-performance polymers. It is mainly used for the coating of indoor and outdoor floors and walls and is commonly applied in architectural and landscape design. This product combines natural aesthetic appeal with practical functionality, offering features such as weather resistance, water resistance, scratch resistance, color retention, and environmental friendliness. It is applied using a troweling method, providing a high level of construction tolerance.
Features of Resin Washed Stone Coating
- A wide range of stone effects is available to meet design needs.
- The product is pigment-free, with its color based on the natural hue of the stone, ensuring greater durability.
- It is weather-resistant, offers good drainage, is hard, odorless, and environmentally friendly.
- The desired effect can be achieved with a single troweling, reducing construction waste.
Types of Resin Washed Stone Coating

Applications of Resin Washed Stone Coating
The product is widely used in high-end residential areas (such as courtyards and entryways), commercial complexes (such as pedestrian streets and atriums), office buildings (such as corridors and office areas), transportation hubs (such as platforms and passageways), cultural venues (such as exhibition areas and art walls), ecological parking lots, swimming pools, hot spring pools, hotels, shops, and scenic spots, among others.

Resin Washed Stone Coating Application
(Methods may vary based on project design)
Surface Preparation and Environmental Requirements Before Application
- Before application, the substrate should be firm, clean, and free from dust, hollow spots, poorly adhering old coatings, or oil stains. The optimal temperature for application is between 10°C and 30°C, with air humidity not exceeding 80% RH, and substrate moisture content not exceeding 8%. The application environment should be free from dust contamination, and during the rainy season, protective shelters should be erected before proceeding with the application.
Standard Application Procedure
- Pour components A and B into a bucket (for the two-component formulation), and mix thoroughly with a stirrer.
- Apply the Resin Wash Stone evenly with 1-2 layers (using a troweling and pressing technique).
- When the surface of the coating is slightly dry, use a finishing knife to smooth out the surface.
- Apply a topcoat in one layer.
Precautions During Application
- Before large-scale application, spray 1–2 square meters on the wall to confirm the color and effect match the standard sample board. Proceed with large-scale construction only after confirmation.
- The product must be thoroughly mixed before application, using a trowel for application. No dilution is required for this product.
- Application should not be carried out when the ambient temperature is below 8°C, relative humidity exceeds 80% RH, or in conditions such as rainy, foggy, or windy weather, as these will affect the curing of the coating. Application is strictly prohibited under these conditions.
- During breaks or after construction, unused AB agents must be sealed for storage to avoid failure. Mixed coatings should be fully used in one application and not retained for later use. Meanwhile, tools and clothes should be cleaned promptly, as dried coatings will be hard to remove.
- It is recommended to keep 3-5 buckets of material in reserve for future maintenance needs.
Coating Drying Time
(Under conditions of temperatures above 8°C and relative humidity not exceeding 70% RH)
- The Resin Wash Stone dries to the touch in approximately 2 hours and fully cures in about 12 hours. Only after the stone is fully dry should the topcoat be applied.
- The drying time for the topcoat is 2 hours.
- The natural curing period after completing the application is 7 days.
