On May 29th, Malaysian customers made a special trip to visit LMJ Coatings to carry out an in-depth inspection of core products such as Marble-like Floor Coating, Washed Stone Coating and Sand-in-water Coating. During the visit, the customer highly recognized the standardized process of LMJ Coatings from raw material warehousing to finished product warehousing, as well as the rich supporting product system covering the scenes of architectural decoration, industrial flooring, etc., which also showed the industry-leading “one-stop solution” strength of the 30 years’ paint source manufacturer.
During the observation session, LMJ technical team also demonstrated the trowel scraping process of Marble-like Floor Coating and the spraying technique of Sand-in-water Coating. After touching the finished sample, the customer said, “The uniformity of the particles of Marble-like Floor Coating and the realism of Sand-in-water Coating far exceeded the expectation, and the standardized process and detail treatment in the construction process also showed us the craftsmanship of Made in China, and we are confident in the subsequent project cooperation.”
The Malaysian customers visited LMJ Coatings and not only gained the praise that “the management standardization is comparable to that of European enterprises”, but also put forward valuable suggestions in light of the climate characteristics of Southeast Asia. Our R & D team immediately started the optimization of the tropical special formula, highlighting the service essence of “24-hour response mechanism to customer needs”.
